Do you know what it feels like to be uncomfortably comfortable?
We develop an adaptive information processing system to cope with emotional and psychological stressors. Sometimes events can overwhelm our adaptive coping system and we find ourselves in an uncomfortable state. EMDR can be a very effective way to find relief from the uncomfortable symptoms you experience.

In 2021 I became an EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA, EMDR International Association. My basic training with Sonoma Psychotherapy Institute was in 2017.
I am involved with ongoing education so that I can provide competent and effective EMDR to my clients.
